Summary of core systems & signals concepts, time domain and frequency domain system models, stability, quantitative closed loop properties, limits of achievable closed loop properties, robustness, frequency response methods for control design, root locus method, cascaded control, algebraic control synthesis, systems with delays.

Examination

Students can reach a total of 100 portfolio points (PP) in the
portfolio examination associated with the course. These points can be obtained via the following deliverables and examinations.

- Mid-term written exam (60 minutes, 35 PP);
- Final written exam (60 minutes, 35 PP);
- 4 Computer exercises (7.5 PP each).
